Final Tim Burton Character Designs


Very proud of our 8th grade art students on designing an original character in the style of Tim Burton. Research and analysis was conducted on his identity as an artist and film maker. Students used his stylistic qualities to create their own character that would potentially be use





d in a Tim Burton film.

In Progress...Value Study Silhouette Paintings!


Lesson Objectives:
Create a painting that uses a value scale with at least 6 different values using tinting and shading.
Students will then use black paint for a silhouette technique that will include a tree and other objects of choice.
